The process of developing a mission statement.

A wide approach to developing a mission statement is first to select several articles about the statement and ask all the managers to read these as background information.
Then managers prepare a mission statement to the organization. Then merge these statements into a single document and distribute to all managers.
A request for modification, additions, and deletions is needed for next along with meeting.
Lastly all managers have input and support the final documents.
